BOMB COMPETITION RESULTS 2020

The Northern Region of Pan Trinbago has released the results of its two (2) Bomb Competitions which were held on Carnival Monday J’ouvert morning (Victoria Square) and Monday Nite ( St. James).

Shell Invaders and Brimblers copped the J’Ouvert Bomb Competition at Victoria Square, Port of Spain while  MTHL Starlift and Worldwide Steel Orchestras took the title in their respective categories in St. James.  

Invaders amassed 193 points for their rendition of “Rock The Boat”, second place went to HADCO Phase II Pan Groove’s (191 points) for their version of (“Living Years”), while Massy T’dad All Stars’ rendition of “Call Out My Soul To The Lord” earned them third spot with189 points.
 
In the Single Pan Bands category, four (4) entrants faced the adjudication panel which saw Brimblers (“Love Is A Very Splendored Thing”) taking the top spot with 192 points.

In St. James, the competition was held in collaboration with the St. James Community Improvement Committee (CIC) under the theme “Keeping Pan In Carnival” in front of the St. James Amphitheatre, Western Main Road.

Nine (9) bands competed.  Results are as follows:-
