Junior Panorama Results in Full
St. Margaret’s Boys’, St. Francois Girls’ College and bp Renegades Youth Steel Orchestras emerged victorious in their respective categories at the recently-concluded National Junior Panorama competition.
Held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Pan Trinbago on Sunday February 19 at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, Trinidad, the competition attracted 56 entrants nationwide.
Theme for this year’s event, the 42nd edition, was “Celebrating Women in Music”
During the competition, awards were presented to “stalwarts in the culture industry” such as 5Star Akil, Chuck Gordon, Michelle Huggins-Watts, Chantelle Esdelle, Nubia Williams and Natasha Joseph.
After several hours of exhilarating steelpan music by the young and talented players before their peers in the main, the results were announced.
