Fascinators will be the first steelband on stage when the curtain for the National Panorama Semi Finals opens on Sunday February 12, at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, from 9:00 am.

The names of the thirty (30) semi-finalists in the National Panorama Small Bands category have been released. Fascinators Pan Symphony and Our Boys both scored the highest points of 266.5 for their arrangements of “Unforgettable” and “Good Morning” respectively.
